Windows 7 has the annoying habit of blocking all the .NET assemblies you download from the internet. An assembly can be removed by right clicking it and clicking the unlock button, but that quickly gets tedious if you have a bunch of assemblies.
Enter SysInternals. To fix this quickly, download streams and run it with the -d flag, like this:
streams -d *.dll
